Whats Your Secret Sauce?
Whats Your Secret Sauce?
Five ways in which I have human capital that is unique
- Determined: Whenever I set my mind to something, I always push through until I get what I set out to do
- Helpful: I like to believe that I am there for my close friends when they need me and I try my best to make time for them
- Expressive: One thing I feel like I've been able to do is say what I feel and not sweep anything under the rug, I like people to know my true feelings towards situations
- Time-Managed: Ive learned over the years to become very well time-managed and have been able to accomplish some uneasy tasks that have been thrown at me
- Easy-Going: I tend to see myself as very easy-going and I don't like to complicate anything or do something to make any situation worse

Comparison
I think overall, what my friends said about me and what I said about myself tied together well. It was actually really nice and heart-warming to hear that my friends think about me this way. I know sometimes I am very determined and it could come out as too strong I feel, but the way my friends said that's something they admired about me and how dedicated I am to being there for them really meant a lot to me.
Sydney,
ReplyDeleteI think it's a great thing to be able to recognize your strengths and human capital. Having this knowledge will help you be able to choose a career more effectively. Great to know that your friends think so highly of you!
Hi Sydney, I love how you incorporated videos of your friends talking about what makes you different. I think this assignment was really eye opening to see how people view you versus how you view yourself, and from what I can tell your friends are really glad to have you. Always remember that you have these qualities if you ever doubt yourself! Keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteHi Sydney, I am glad you were able to get visual interviews from a total of five people. It would be more helpful to see what specifically within those categories is unqiue to you and not the broad or more vague attributes. What specifically within those categories do you do well, in what context are these most relevant?
