Figuring Out Buying Behavior No.2

Figuring Out Buying Behavior No.2
Interview findings and conclusions:
After conducting my interviews with three new prospective clients for the potential product, they brought some new views in the idea of adding more booths Library West that I had not seen before. Interview 1 had told me not only should we make an addition on the third floor but offer this selection on each floor with different volume levels. I thought this was a great insight because maybe people on different floors would like the opportunity to study in a comfortable booth,
After my second interview, she brought in another view of how much more she would feel motivated actually going to the library to study rather than staying home and being distracted. If people were guaranteed the comfort of a booth to study, they would automatically feel more inclined to actually go to the library to study.
After listening to all three girls speak and give insight on what would make the addition of the booths to Library West the most impactful, I definitely would agree that these little features would attract more clients for use. It’s amazing after listening to your buyers how much additional features are available that you did not see originally.

  2. Hi Sydney, thanks for sharing. It seems that the interviews you did gave you some valuable information about the buying behavior of your potential customers. You took in a lot of suggestions that they provided that would be crucial in ensuring that your customers actually choose your product over alternatives as you have the distinguishing factors that make your product offering different from a competitors. This will also help their post-purchase evaluation leading them to believe they made the right choice.

  3. Hi Sydney. I think it is important to always consider what another person feels could be valuable, and it seems it paid off with your interviews. I see that they gave you some more ideas to think about. Now, how would implementing these ideas change your business plan? For example, you should consider how adding more booths to every floor could impact cost. Who will pay for it? Things like these will make your idea come together more seamlessly in the end. Keep up the good work!

  4. Hi Sydney, it is good to see that people say they will feel more motivated with your solution proposed. It is interesting to see how many more features your recognize when you interview more people and solicit more perspectives. I think it would also be helpful to reach out to library staff who spend more time in these environments and ask them about the background logistics of actually implementing this solution, or find out what are the other reasons why they do not implement them.
